I am letting you know the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) has announced the dates, for the tests for the Head Constable Ministerial (HCM) examination 2025. The Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) will release the admit cards for the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) HCM Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET), on 13 January 2026.
All candidates who applied for the Head Constable Ministerial (HCM) examination 2021 can now download their admit cards. The Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) will hold the Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) from January 2026. SSB Head Constable Physical Efficiency Test
The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and the Physical Standard Test (PST) will be held at the designated SSB locations. The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will test the candidates endurance. The Physical Standard Test (PST) will test the candidates height and chest measurements.

How to Download SSB Head Constable Admit Card 2026 ?
- Visit the official website of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), https://ssb.gov.in/.
- On the homepage, go to the HR section and click on the “Recruitment” in the drop-down menu.
- When I click I see the PDF link. The PDF link sits in front of the text “Important Notice: Admit Card for the post of Head Constable (Ministerial) -2020, for PET and PST”.
- In the PDF, click on the admit card and enter Registration ID and Password.
- I entered the details. The SSB HC PET PST Admit Card 2026 appeared on the screen.
- Please download the file. Save the file as a PDF. Print the file, for the Physical test scheduled from January 2026 onward.
